How to order?

Please register first in our website. Simple click "BUY" on the items you need and go to your "shopping cart" to state the quantity and select the size you need and sum up the amount and submit your order.

2.Email to us,Tell us  the products Name, ID, Size, Quantity  

3.We will send you the money amount and the payment detail. and then you make order confirmation to us. 

4. pay your order via PayPal.

5.We receive your payment and deliver your products in 24hours. 

   After the payment, plese tell us your name, amount, currency and country.
Your order will not be shipped until we receive the payment.

6.We email the tracking number to you. 

7.after 3-7days, you have your items.

If you don't have a PayPal account ,please go to http://www.paypal.com to register a new paypal account, then you may pay to us.

Click the "login" and register an account on our site. Please fill in your name,shipping address,post code,city,state,country and telephone number.

If the shipping address you fill in this time is the same as what you registered on paypal,you can check out by "PayPal Checkout" and it will complete the shopping process soon.

Purchasing Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Certificate to some one via email.

I want to order from your site, but I want to get a sample first. Can I?
 Yes, you can order a sample from our site, but the cost will be " retailed price". , and it's refundable in your future order of wholesale.
 
How do I place an order with wholesaler on net?

How to Send Gift Certificates
To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to our Send Gift Certificate Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following. The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.) A short message which will appear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent

Buying with Gift Certificates
If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Enter the amount to apply from the funds in your Gift Certificate Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Certificate Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Certificate Account for the future.

Redeeming Gift Certificates
If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Redemption Code. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate in two ways.

1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Gift Certificate page. You will then be requested to create an account, before the Gift Certificate is validated and placed in your Gift Certificate Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.

2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redemption Code. Enter the Redemption Code here, and click the Redeem button. The code will be validated and the amount added to your Gift Certificate Account. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store

Shipping & Returns

If you plan to return or exchange an item, please look over this checklist to make sure we continue to give you the best possible service.

Complete the return form you received with your item. Include it with your returning merchandise. It is very important that you include your order number and contact information. Please be as clear as possible regarding your return instructions.

Please gather the item(s) you wish to return, including all tags and, if possible, the original shipping box.

For your convenience, we've included a return label with your merchandise. If you choose to use it, simply cover the original label with the return label and place the package in any USPS mailbox, including your own.

Please contact Customer Service.

If you prefer not to use the provided label, please send your package prepaid, via the carrier of your choice. We suggest that you use UPS or USPS Priority Mail for your return and have the package insured and traceable. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our shipping facility.

Please contact us within 24 hours after delivered.
Your return will be resolved within 10 business days of receipt when we get your packages here.


Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping
Most approved orders leave our warehouse within one business day. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method you choose, but our standard is 3-days, meaning you will receive your package within 1week usually. For example, if you order on Saturday, your package will leave our warehouse Monday, and you will receive it by Saturday Usually. Orders containing special event merchandise will be held until all items are ready for shipping.

Restrictions do apply to our standard 3-day shipping. APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be automatically defaulted to our shipping option as these addresses do not have 3-day or expedited shipping available. Free shipping is on any size order.

Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is notified here and messaged in your account here, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to 3 business days.

Special Event Merchandise
Event merchandise is available only after a special event, such as a championship game or a rivalry game. When ordering event merchandise, please remember that this will delay shipment of your entire order. To ensure that you receive the rest of your order in a timely fashion, please order event merchandise separately. A message appears in red on the product detail page of each item explaining when that item will be shipped.

Manufacturer Direct Merchandise
Manufacturer direct items are shipped to the customer directly from the manufacturer and are not available to international customers. Expedited shipping is not available for these items. When you order in stock items with manufacturer direct items, you may receive separate shipments.

Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one shipping facility. You will receive notification when this occurs. If an expedited shipping choice is made, all items available for immediate shipment will process in that manner. All other items, such as special order items, will be sent via standard ground. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge.
